How does free shipping work?
We are thrilled to offer free ground shipping throughout the United States. Due to the size of our products, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.
What’s the deal with international shipping?
We’re working on it! At this time, our free shipping is limited to the United States. For international shipping, email info@cazirhome.com for a flat shipping rate.

Follow us on Facebook and Instagram! We are always previewing our products and displaying them in our studio so you can get an even better view on a product you have your eye on.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days. Specific order details including your shipping date and a tracking number will be sent by email as soon as your order is processed and prepared for shipment.
Once shipped, we strongly recommend using the tracking number provided, for the latest updates and an estimated delivery date.
Can I cancel my order?
Things happen, order cancellations are accepted before your order is shipped. Simply email info@cazirhome.com to cancel your order before the shipping email confirmation is sent to successfully cancel an order.
Can I change my shipping address?
Changes to the shipping address can be made before the shipping email confirmation is sent. Simply email info@cazirhome.com if you need to make any changes to your shipping address.
If a change to the shipping address needs to be made after your shipping email confirmation is sent, we recommend contacting the shipping provider to make any changes.
Are pillow inserts included with my purchase?
Yes! Every pillow in our shop includes an insert with your purchase. That way, they are ready to use and it keeps out the guesswork of finding a perfect pillow insert.
Each pillow insert is made from premium cotton or recycled materials.
Are the rugs clean?
All of our rugs at Cazir are extensively cleaned by professionals of the trade and are ready to use in your space.
Return Policy
With the vintage nature of our one a kind products, all sales are final. Characteristics and organic wear found in rugs and reimagined designs are due to age. We believe this is what makes each Cazir product truly unique. How should I clean my pillow?
Each pillow is handmade by us, using cotton and the finest natural materials to assure durability. We recommend spot cleaning your pillow and air drying only. To remove any spills, avoid any rubbing. Instead, gently dab the affected area immediately with a clean cloth to absorb the liquid.

What are the white dots?
These dots are tie off strings that are made when handweaving a rug and are more visible on low pile rugs. White dots on a rug are part of the handweaving process, adds to the authenticity of our products and does not compromise the integrity of the rug. When creating these rugs, weavers create tie off strings from the weaving warp that can sometimes break along the way.
